Everything looks fine, but when you try to post a comment, that is click the ‘post comment’ button nothing happens. I think I have a standard set up, what do I need to do to make this work?

    Hi John,

Could you please disable the following two options, delete all caches and check again:

    1. Combine JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed
    2. Minify JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed

Those options are located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings tab.

    That has worked, thanks.

I made a couple of other changes, each time I had to empty wp-rocket’s cache, is that standard for discuz?

Unfortunately this problem has recurred. I’ve just received an email from someone who has now tried twice to post a comment but the post comment button doesn’t respond.

I’ve changed caching plugin from wp rocket wp supercache and it appears to be working. I wonder if there is an issue wpdiscusz and wp rocket? Have you come across this before?

    John,

Please try to re-enable the options:

    1. Combine JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed
    2. Minify JS and CSS Files to Optimize Page Loading Speed

Then exclude the following file from the WP Rocket plugin settings:

    wpdiscuz/assets/js/wpdiscuz-combo.min

Also, you can try to exclude the whole wpdiscuz folder from the cache plugin. You should not get any issues anymore.

Please don’t forget to delete all kinds of caches before testing.
