Can't post with Windows Live Writer after All In One WP Security plugin

I installed All In One WP Security plugin and changed the settings. The next day, I went to post from Windows Live Writer and I get the error that the post web address xmlrpc.php was not found. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I asked for support on the plugin page and the guy said it was trial and error. I tried turning off all Firewall settings and that didn’t work. I deactivated the plugin, but it still doesn’t work.

Not sure what to do now. Help!
