Cant preview posts or Private posts

When upgrading from wordpress 4.6.1. to 4.7 i cant preview posts, i get “Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.” Also when viewing private posts i get a 404 even though i am logged in. But only on multisites. I get this on both local and production sites.
If the url is :
https://blogg.example.dev/someblog/somepost-2/?preview_id=28343&preview_nonce=e203abd866&post_format=standard&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=trueBut if i remove the part:
preview_id=28343&preview_nonce=e203abd866&
it works.I have tested to
* Cleared cache
* Deactivated all plugins and used twentyseventeen as theme.
* Used different htaccess files.
* Different wp-config.php
* Different permalink structures
* Searched this forum
