Can’t Print Shipping Labels

    I am trying to print shipping labels for our online sales through the woocommerce plugin on the wordpress dashboard.

    Woocommerce>Orders>Customer Order>Create Shipping Label

    When I click create shipping label I am able to enter: the Origin Address, Destination Address, Packing Type, and Shipping rate.

    Once I select all that information and click “Buy Shipping Label” I keep getting an error message that says the following:

    “There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.”
    “Go to credit card settings”

    When I click the url that is provided on the error message it takes me to the woodcommerce shipping tab within the woomcommerce settings.

    I am going around in circles. My payment method is valid and has not expired. Why am I not able to make the shipping label purchase?
