• We can’t publish new job or edit existing job. We checked with the admin to check the disk usage and we have enough space. We tried disabling other plugins but the same problem occurs.

    HI @nsinelnikov,

We are still unable to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

    Hi @vatinab

We’re sorry that your job posting is not working. This is something we haven’t encountered yet.

This problem may depend not only on other included plugins but also on the theme. I suggest you take a few steps to track down the cause of the problem. It may also depend on caching or certain server settings.

    Please make the next steps.
    1. Please upgrade the JobBoardWP plugin to the latest version. It’s the 1.2.1 version.
    2. Go to the wp-admin > Tools > Site Health > Info and click on “Copy site info to clipboard”
https://www.screencast.com/t/K8kPwrHlqVE You may share this info in the separate file. If you think that this information should not be public here, you can send it by mail or a link with a limited duration.
    3. Please enabled these constants in wp-config.php file https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug and check debug.log file. There may be PHP errors – reasons for the issue. Please share if the file content isn’t empty.
    4. Finally try to make a conflict test (leave enabled only the JobBoardWP plugin and Twenty-Twenty One theme) and check how job posting works. Check the debug.log file again.
If everything works as it should, start activating one plugin back and the theme to understand exactly what is causing the conflict.

Let me know about the progress,
    Best Regards!
