Can't publish, update pages and posts or upload new media

  • Hello guys,
    The problem is only happening in my computer, so i presume that i did something but can’t even imagine what.

    Here is a simple video of the problematic behavior

    The project is installed local and whenever i try to update or even publish a post/page the wordpress refresh to the ‘All posts’ section and don’t update or publish. Delete page and posts is working.

    If i try to upload a file the follow message is presented ‘Error in HTTP.’ and in the develop tool console:
    https://local.2015.09.consa.develop/wp-admin/async-upload.php – Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

    I want to make clear that this behavior is only occurring in my computer and in this specific project. I am hopeless.

    I already:
    re-installed the project
    deactivate any plugin

    Specs:
    Linux Ubuntu 15.04

    Have you tried activating any of the default themes?

    Tried that but still the same.

    I am working with two themes in a multi-site ambient (forget to mention and couldn’t edit my post) and the entirely locally project on my computer has this issue whatsoever the site and theme.
