Can’t publish, view, save page drafts, and can’t select templates anymore

  • Can’t publish, view, save page drafts, and can’t select templates anymore
    with wordpress 3.0. I tried removing plugins, and did all those memory fixes.
    Still can’t fix.

    If no other answer, how do I downgrade to 2.9 again.
