    No matter which browser, which card etc., all attempts to purchase the pro version say, “Error: This transaction cannot be processed.”

    Reached out to you a few ways through the site and Code Parrots. No response.

    Help me, help you.

    Ugh, so each time it said “Error: This transaction cannot be processed” we were charged. We paid 5 times for this and need to cancel. You are not answering any of our emails. How do we cancel these charges?

    To add insult to injury even though you charged us 5 times we never got a receipt or license code. We had to go with a different product, but you can’t just take people’s money and not give them what they paid for. That would be illegal, right?

    Documenting this again as an attempt to get our refund for the 5 transactions and NOT to be charged annually for something we didn’t get and aren’t using.

    We’ve direct messaged you in the WP Developers Slack and see that you are currently online but not answering our questions about being charged 5 times incorrectly and not getting a license or receipt.
