Can’t push buttons, errors, not showing latest.

Hi,

If you’re using the latest version of the plugin, there’s an issue with your PHP cURL server setup. You should contact your web hosting about it.

Regarding the buttons issue, is this by any chance a WordPress multisite (network) setup? If yes, you need to clear the authorization from your Network admin screen. It won’t work at site admin level if Network Mode is enabled.

My advice is to fix the cURL issues first, and see what problems remain.

First of all, I have no idea what the problem is with PHP cURL.
I set up my server myself on a VPS and have never had any problems with cURL.
I have not had any problems with cURL, nor have I had any problems with any other plugins.

I just deleted everything and reinstalled.
The Analytics authentication shows “successful” and some properties are shown in the pull down.
The only setting is that the tracking code is set to “disabled” because I have set up the Analytics code myself.
Everything else is default.
However, I am unable to select or save any properties on the settings screen.
(none of the buttons work).
There is no multisite setting in wpconfig.

It seems to be working now with no errors.However, I am unable to select a property, so I am unable to view the Analytics code for the desired site.I can only assume that the inability to save properties is some kind of glitch on the plugin’s side.

Can you post a screenshot with the page you’re having issues with? Please note that if only have one GA4 property the selection box will be gray out and disabled since there’s nothing else to select.

I am successfully seeing multiple properties mapped to my Google account.

Try to briefly disable all other plugins and check if the error remains. If it does I’m starting to suspect it could be a localization issue. Can you indicate the exact language your sute is localized to, so I can test it out?

There is no change in the phenomenon.
I am using Japanese settings.
The plugin is translated into correct Japanese and is working.
What should I check?

I will check it myself on our testing platform, meanwhile you could check if there are any errors on your PHP log or JavaScript console.

There are no errors logged in php, but the developer console prints tons of errors.

I found the cause of the problem.
It is a problem with my environment.

Easy Table of Contents is the issue indeed, should be reported to the plugin support.
