Can’t put same form on more than one page

    I’m having trouble using the same form on more than one page. We installed this plugin and styled a form. When we tried to use the same form on more than one page, it’s not showing up on the second page.

    Does this create a conflict if you try to use the form more than once?

    No, the plugin doesn’t create any conflicts if you use the form more than once.

    This could be due some other issues on your website
