Can't quite embed a Youtube video

I have a page in which I can’t get youtube shortcodes to work for some reason.

As you can see, that’s the code I introduced, and it doesn’t work.The only way to make the video appear is using only the youtube link, but that’s out of the question since the size really screws up the site, as you can see here:
