Can't quite get things working correctly

    So I just bought the pro version of the plug-in because I wanted to sell some subscriptions on my site (for online data back-up and some other software). I have the items set up in my shop as subscription items, and I can see the shop if I click on the Eshop link on the tour and help tab; however, if I click on the visit shop link on the header of the admin panel, or if click on a shortcode link from a page, the shop comes up with no items, and no branding. I am using WP 4.1 and the AGT NoName 1.7 Ajax theme on the website: iepcrepairs.com. Any ideas of what I can try to get this working? Thank you for your time.
