    I can’t reach your website to buy the premium version as the website is down.

    Also, the free version is not working with latest version of WordPress.

    We apologize for the late reply. We were performing some network upgrades which may have slowed some services. Can tell us what error are you getting from the free version of JOAN?

    management buttons are not being loaded inside the admin panel
    they are all broken

    Upgrade to v5.8.0 this fixes the missing buttons issue.
