I’ve used All-In-One for over a year and never had any issues before today. I Exported the website from one installation of WP and tried to Import it to a new host. I have check the memory settings and everything seems to b e fine. As soon as it starts checking the plugin compatibility I get the Can not Read file error. I even did an Export from a brand new WP install and tried to Import that and I got the same error. I even tried to copy the Exported file to the Storage directory and that failed to. I am moving the site from 1&1 IONS to GoDaddy. I have read so many posts about this but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions are appreciated. Is there any other place to look for more error details?

Finally got this working when I loaded version 5.56.
None of my plugins were activated and also my Theme had to be reactivated to get my site to work again.

I just had the same problem restoring a site or importing. Tried latest version or went back to 6.64 and with different files ranging from 90m up to 290m. Would stall at some point. The solution is to install this extension called all in one file extension at https://import.wp-migration.com/ and solves everything even with the latest version 7.9. seems to work with the actual installed extension and I was able to restore a couple of versions of my web site.
    Hope it helps.
I just don’t feel comfortable using this extension anymore even thought it was successful specially when u cant even restore form the saved version locally on your website. U can but have to pay extra just for this feature.
