Can’t read products after manually deleting them

    I manually deleted a product from my cart and now it won’t let me add it back in or add any other product.

    The error message displayed on the product page says “Sorry, ‘HEFF2023 EHU – Electric Hookup’ was removed from your basket because you didn’t check out before the expiry time.” Then beneath that there is another message that says ““HEFF2023 EHU – Electric Hookup” has been added to your basket. Please check out within 0 Seconds or this item will be removed from your basket.”

    How do I set it up so that people can remove items from their cart and still be able to add something else to it please?

    For info I’m using Divi theme and I have tried deactivating plugins but it didn’t change anything.

    This sounds like your expiration time might not be set properly. Can you screenshot the plugin settings?

    Hi, apologies for the delay in replying. We are all volunteers so only do this in our spare time. Our cart went live before I saw your response and so we turned the plugin off. We won’t be launching again for another year, so I might try again next time.
