Can’t receive any email from the form

  • Hi:
    I’m using this plugin to get the form and redirect it to another page, but after getting successful message I don’t receive any email, I checked everything and it looks fine. I tried to put after submit button and outside of the form, none of them worked.

    could you please advise

    If I understand you correctly, you just have a one-step form and you’re only using this plugin to redirect to another page?

    If that’s the case, make sure you have the last_step and send_email attributes set.

    Something like this:
    [multistep multistep-576 last_step send_email "/the-next-url/"]
