can't receive email form contact form

<Thanks for showing, finally have idea what is happening,
FYI I have filled in the mail in your form, and then I check in your email delivery log, there is no mail created and send to my email address ever, it means that the mail is not being written/created at the first place.

Can you let your plugin developer know about this?>

I do have the same problem too ??

The visitor can’t receive any notifications after filling up the form..

still don’t have idea on how t o f ix this.
I contacted my hosting server and that’s(my latest post)what they say.
feeling depressed now ??

I have check all available log to look for possible, but there is none.

Also, actually I can see the message “Successful, email sent” after inserting all my information,
suppose the php script has been executed successfully.

The download link is showing, just that it wouldn’t send email.

Please stop bumping – you know that is not cool here and will not help you get answers any faster.

I already have SMTP plugin and im using it for the contact form under contact us page.

*if im going to use the inline link. (email before download setting” I will receive the file but if im I chose “send email” I really cant receive the file.

Then you’ll have to wait for someone who knows more than I do to answer here. Unfortunately, I don’t know how that works ?? sorry.
