    Hi, I tried to make a purchase on the website, but both customer and admin email didn’t receive email for the order. I have tried deactivating all the related plugins with WooCommerce and tried to make the purchase again, but I still can’t receive the order email.

    I need help to solve this problem ASAP as my website will launch tomorrow, thank you in advance!

    If you’re not getting order emails in WooCommerce:

    1. Check spam folder.
    2. Confirm email settings are correct.
    3. Test sending emails from WooCommerce settings.
    4. Use an SMTP plugin for better email delivery.
    5. Verify your hosting supports email sending.
    6. Check WooCommerce logs for errors.
    7. Test other WordPress emails.
    8. Contact hosting support if needed.

    I understand that New order emails are not being received, is this correct?

    As a first step, can you please check that the?email type is enabled by navigating to?WooCommerce → Settings →?Emails, and clicking?Manage?on the left-hand side. If it’s disabled, no email will be sent::

    Should this be enabled, I would recommend logging whether an email is created and sent by installing the WP Mail Logging plugin and following the below steps:

    • Generate a test order
    • Go to your WP Admin → Tools → WP Mail Log
    • Check that your test order generated an email, and if there are any sending errors reported (you can share the results with us here).

    I would also encourage you to check our Email FAQ which is a great resource to narrow down what could be causing this behavior.

    I have installed the plugin and tried to make a purchase. 

    As you can see in the image I sent, in the WP Mail Log section, both customer and admin email are shown here but I can’t find the email in my Gmail account.

    To clarify, have you checked that the email has not landed up in your spam folder?

    It’s possible that the issue is with the email settings on your server. In that case, you can try using an SMTP provider, or if you are already using one, use an alternative SMTP provider, and see if this helps.?
