can’t received email from contact form

    I checked that all settings are good but that doesn’t work. If someone try to send us an email by this way we don’t receive it . However, that did work until at least may 2023, we used to receive email by this way frequently, and I did not change anything since.

    I’ve had problems for months and can’t get the developer to do anything about it. It has to do with updating wordpress the last time. Even though you don’t get emails, log into your website control panel and click on the flamingo addon to get a database of all times some thing was submitted using the contact form on your site. Its a major pain and I wish the developer would finally do something so we could get emails as the form was intended to do.

    Server side issues, if it says its been send successfully then the php stuff on the site is fine and its the server/hosting thats blocking it. just contact them and say your sending via a contact form in wp and hopefully the penny will drop and they will update their setting

    I succeed by putting my gmail address on “from” and another email adress (not the one which I admnistrate my wordpress account) that I own on “to”. Even if that writes that’s there is an error, that’s works. Maybe that can help you too…
