Cant recommend premium | Massive Problems with Elementor and Support dont answer

Cant recommend premium version or free version of this plugin. There are massiv problems with Elementor Pro and plugin doesnt working for mobile/tablet.
Bought premium a few month ago, but… Support isnt answering my support tickets since weeks.
Very disappointing and absolutely a bad buy
