    Error happens at the end of the process to reconnect top Facebook
    after “Linking WooCommerce Extension V2 to Facebook” i get an ok message then i get reddirected to ”
    Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.” page

    Again, I’m sorry for the frustration that the new update is still causing. I’ll be happy to investigate this for you, or help gather the necessary information to contact Facebook directly.

    While Facebook has resolved the issues with the connection, we’re still seeing some account-related permission issues that could be causing the “Something went wrong” error on the WooCommerce connection page that you’re also seeing.

    As a first step, would it be possible to uninstall the plugin and run through the setup process one more time?

    To install the plugin with a clean slate, please navigate to WooCommerce > Facebook and click the Uninstall link next to the Manage Connection button. Here’s what that looks like: https://cln.sh/bXyvOJ

    This resets the data in the plugin on the WooCommerce side and revokes access to the account on the Facebook side. This should refresh the page and allow you to select the Get Started button again. We’ve seen that installing on a clean slate has worked for some merchants.

    If possible, would you please let me know when that’s been done and if it allows you to connect to Facebook?

    I’ve the exact same issue and it is not solved even after I did “uninstall” of the plugin. Do you recommend another plugin to achieve the same functionality?

    It seems to work now.
    But i didn’t do uninstall, before, i tried again the wizard and it worked.

    So I was affected by something that was fixed on facebook’s end.

    Yep seems something from facebook because now I cant see the shop page on facebook as user OR as visitor.
    the left side widget on business page works

    Thanks so much for your updates on this!

    I’m glad to hear that you’ve successfully connected to Facebook now. We’ve noticed that merchants who weren’t able to connect have had success after waiting a few days as the Facebook fix reaches everyone.

    Are you still unable to see the shop page?

    apparently its something from my side because if i try to view pages as another user, logged in, it works but with the account that manages the page it still doesn’t work.
    I didnt get to try in another browser yet (and it might be because of this, its some odd setup for development) but I consider this fixed because products seems to have synced again and are visible for other users.
