    Hello @cristoiroberto,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This issue may cause due to the disabled cron or misconfiguration of the cron.

Have you disabled the cron from your site? If yes then you need to add external cron from Cpanel.

Here is the doc for how to add cron in Cpanel:

    ??
You can see all cron by installing WP Control Plugin.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

I have downloaded wp crontrol plugin and it seems that your cron is running.

I think that you tried my site and abandoned one cart cause I see it was recovered.

I don’t know why for registered users doesn’t work.

    Best regards,
    Roberto

    Hello @cristoiroberto,

Have you entered the email address on the checkout page? As it needs to enter an email address on the checkout page to capture the checkout data and mark the cart as abandoned.

If you have any questions you can open please open a support ticket here.

    Hello,

Yes, I used one facebook registered account. The email was auto inserted from the previous order. Also, I tried to rewrite all the fields including the email but still nothing. I guess that it shall also work when all the data is filled from the previous order.

    Thank you,
    Roberto

    Hello @cristoiroberto,

Make sure that you do not have disabled the tracking for roles in the setting.

Just to let you know that you will not receive the email for the cart if you have already purchased the same product with the same email address within 30 days.

You can open a support ticket here so we can take a closer look at this issue.

    Thank You!

    Hi,
I’ve a very similar problem, the recovery emails are not being sent, despite the cron is running in my site correctly. The only recovery emails sent are the ones pointed to my admin/owner email, but when I use other customer emails the messages dont reach either their inbox, spam or any email folder, I used family emails to verify that.

    Please help me

    Greetings
