Can’t redeem gift cards

    Hi there,

    I set up your plugin and started to do some testing: buying cards etc.
    Now I wanted to redeem the card codes but unfortunately it’s not possible. When I enter the voucher codes in my cart simply nothing happens. No price deduction, no note, nothing! What’s wrong?
    I’d be grateful if you’d may have a look!

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the third-party plugin or theme.
    Please run a test by deactivating the plugin as well as the theme.
