Can’t remember how these icons were added

Well I’m having a breakdown in my brain. My blog located here, https://blog.droptodesign.com/ has ‘like, share, g p twitter and newsfeed’ icons. And for a couple of days I’ve tried to remember how I put them there. I use Prophoto 6 for a theme, but I think these are put in directly using WordPress without the theme.

I’m just having a brain block and can’t remember how I put them there.
