Can’t remove Contact Form (still showing up after deleting)

I had a contact form on my website, and had the code pasted on the page that embeds the contact form. I chose this block and deleted the entire block, then hit update.

When I preview the page, the contact form is still there.

I tried deactivating the WP Forms Lite plugin, and now the page shows the code that I deleted ([wpforms id=”51″]). Yet if I edit the page that code is nowhere, I only see the new text blocks that I created (the new text blocks aren’t showing up when I preview the page.

I have updated and re-published the page and it doesn’t help. Any ideas? Thanks!
