Can't remove Mini Twitter Feed from site

I have a website that is showing the mini twitter feed, but for the life of me I can’t delete it. The plug-in is not showing, it is not mentioned in any editable files or stylesheets. The plugin only exists in the parent theme folder > plug-ins, and when I delete the folder the feed gets replaced by my mini twitter shortcode (shown below with my ID and username replaced). There is NO widget. there is no page with shortcode. There is no script that I can find.

And I then can’t figure out how to eliminate this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
