Can't remove Name field

    Hi Jake,

    Are you using the Free version? There is no button in the free version for “Hide Name Field”. Only the option to make it “required” or not. If it isn’t required, it still displays.

    You can hide it using CSS, but to remove it entirely is a feature of the premium version.
