Can’t remove number at end of SLUG

    I can’t change the slug to remove the -3 at the end.

    I can’t even find the trash to see if there’s a page in the trash.
    I’ve tried changing but it keeps adding -3
    Permalinks is set to “Postname”

    Any help?
