Can’t remove privacy policy checkbox

Hello @hwamart,

As you said, I assume you do not have any privacy policy here within WP-admin > WooCommerce > settings > Accounts & privacy and you do not have anything in here. Please confirm this.

Is it possible that you added any customization to show any privacy policy in the checkout page that is not from any settings of WooCommerce?

Everywhere I can think of that may control this setting is blank.

Have you deleted the text within the terms & conditions field in Customizer?

That is what will remove the checkbox and text at checkout:

Even after removing that text, if it still shows, please flush any cache (if you have a cache plugin) and do a theme/plugin conflict test to see if that helps.
