Can’t remove product from “Products (OR)” select

  • Hello, I’ve encountered a problem when I attempt to remove a product from the “Products (OR)” selection and then update the coupon post. Despite my efforts, the product remains unremoved. A workaround that I’ve found is to delete the desired product, add another one, and then update the post. This strategy seems to work, but it’s not a satisfactory long-term solution. Could you kindly assist me with this issue?

    This normally means a javascript error on the page. Can be caused by any plugin. Please try this:

    1. Temporarily disable our plugin
    2. Edit the coupon. Try adding / removing the product from the ‘Products’ selection
    3. Now you can disable our plugin again

    In step 2; does removing the product from the field work?

    Hey, Soft79! Thanks for respond for some reason “coupon-save()” function on my own code, doesn’t allow to remove coupon from the Product select! I fixed it and it’s work for me ??
