Can't remove Sharebar

I’ve had several readers complain about the sharebar on my site because on mobile devices it blocks the content and they can’t read my posts. I’ve tried to remove it, deactivate it, delete the plugin, etc and it’s still there! It seems to be broken because the count numbers never change. Any ideas how I can get rid of it?
