Can’t remove Ticks in Settings

  • Portfolio Slideshow, Version 1.12.0, Imbalance 2 theme

    I go to settings, tick a box (eg. “Crop images”) and save it. If I now want to untick the box (eg. not croping images) and I save it, the box stays ticked.

    I tried Safari and Firefox.

    Can I reset all Settings of the Plugin somehow? (As a workaround)

    Edit:
    I deleted the Plugin and reinstalled it. The boxes are still ticked ??

    Same problem here. Totally a very big issue. :/
    If anyone has resolved this any tips would be very helpful.

    Faced the same issue after upgrading to 1.12.0
    SOLUTION
    In the database under TABLE – wp_options – remove the following row – portfolio_slideshow_options.
    Then go to Settings->Slideshows and tick everything according to you.
    Save it and voila.
    Unfortunately not everything works like captions, etc ie even ticked they don’t show up however there is a different thread for this.
