Can't rename "Admin" and getting bombarded by lockouts.

This plugin is great. I run a multisite install and use this to protect everything. Donated to the developers and can’t complain about anything.

This particular issue didn’t really present itself until I decided to rename the admin of the primary site of the BuddyPress+bbPress installation.

It won’t let me rename the admin to something else and I simply want to do it to eliminate the ability of hacking attempts to lock out the admin account. That’ll teach me to use the primary admin account.

So, is there a way to rename the admin? Did I flip a switch that is disabling the ability to rename it?
