Can’t reply to comments anymore from post page

  • Hi I am on the Activello theme and using different plugins. It seems that since today (maybe it’s been two days sooner) I can’t reply to comments on my site from the post page self.
    It asks for my name, email address etc. while I see that I reply as my admin gravatar (so no field to add my name, address etc).

    I still can reply from the admin panel, comments section.
    The most recent plugin I udpated is Jetcpack a few days ago.

  • It sounds like it may be something with the cookie authentication.
    Check the cookie settings on your device.
    You may also want to try from a different device(s).
    While on the post page, do you show as logged in on your admin bar?

    Try switching to a default (Twenty*) theme.
    If the problem resolves, please contact your theme author.

    If the issue persists, try disabling all of your plugins.
    If the issue resolves, please activate them one-by-one to see if you can isolate the issue.
