Can't reply to support request

    Hi,

    First of all: Where is the appropriate place to give feedback for www.ads-software.com?

    I try to reply to a support request for a plugin, but the comment is just not send: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slow-loading-time-9

    I’ve tried in multiple browsers (Chrome, Opera, Edge), waited a while betweent tries… The form is send and also succeeds (as far as developer tools say). But the comment is not posted ??

    Hi,

    Your reply did not show up at once because it was automatically picked up by the anti-spam protection (don’t ask how it works, automatic systems like that are made up of rainbows and unicorns and it’s hard to tell which factor made it pick it out).

    In cases where your reply doesn’t show up at once, just sit back and have a cup of tea, and it’ll appear once one of our volunteers go over the spam queue (we do this continually throughout the day when we have a free moment), and rest assured that as long as it’s not actual spam it will show up as intended ??

    Ah,

    Thanks for the clarification. Still would have been great to get a note on this. Now you propably have to review 10+ same comments ??
