Can't reserve seats.

Hi there,
I am new to OpenTickets so probably a simple oversight on my part, however, I have created tickets, events and venues and all seems to work fine until I navigate to the event page from the Events Calendar.
When I click the button to Reserve seats it just freezes with the greyed out “One Moment Please…” message.
I have noticed when I inspect Element the ‘ttprice’ field is blank, ie., product displays as “My Event” ().
Any ideas?
