Can't reset my password

My passwords are not working and resetting hasn’t worked either. Locked out of my website and cannot reset the password as the reset email is not coming in?

hope you can help? been trying to resolve for 2 days?
I also tried to login to www.ads-software.com but that didn’t work either as I want to upload a theme I have bought.

Nothing is working??
