• I used “forgot password” and never received the email sending the automated new password and now I’m locked out. I tried opening a new account with new emails but I never receive the confirmation emails from those. I’ve contacted my internet provider and they said everything is fine at their end. My password for my site is fine, and so it my password to www.ads-software.com (I am here!). If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it so much.

    Thank you Esmi! But don’t these links apply for my site administrator password and my www.ads-software.com password? (They both work so I don’t want to compromise them) It is only the onedesigns.com site I can’t access and I always had a different password for that one. Thank you again!

    Those links do apply your site password. Your password here has nothing to do with your site.

    Thank you for responding Krishna! I was so excited to get to a place to “reset your password” — but then it took me back to the log-in window where you enter your username or email (I tried both) and they send you a new temporary password. But I still never receive the new temporary password (I tried it on three different email accounts). And I can’t create a new user registration either. Honestly, I’m at the point that if someone could register, give me a user name and password and connect it to any old email they don’t use anymore just so I could use the forum on onedesigns.com that would be good enough. Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!! (by the way — this WordPress site has stopped sending me notifications of follow-up posts via email to this chain — but last week it did send notifications — should I be alarmed?)

    No body will use their email, etc. from this forum. You have to do simple things like this by yourself.
