Can’t reset password

    Hi, have a problem with the ‘Forget password’ link. If you click on it, it seems just to refresh the page and you can’t reset the password. Also when I send a password reset link to a member via the admin, and he clicks on the link in the mail, he just sees the login screen and no field to reset the password.

    Can you please help me? Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

    Hey @flamingopetproducts

    It seems that there is a temporary redirect on the https://workatflamingo.be/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Kindly temporarily deactivate the Login Customizer to see if the issue still occurs, if doesn’t do let us know.

    If it does occur even after deactivating then there must be some custom coding in your environment which is interfering with reset password functionality.

    Hi @flamingopetproducts ,

    Since issue isn’t occurring because of our plugin therefore you need to contact your site developers to resolve this. As it could be an issue in your environment that has to be checked.
