    I can’t reset my password; I’ve tried all the email addresses that I have used and WordPress kept saying the account does not exist. I know it does. I found a page to reset that asked for authentication, but it won’t accept the codes that my authenticator provides. I can’t find tech support on this. Do you have any advices?

    Here is an article that describes how to reset the password: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/reset-your-password/ – in your case I would recommend the way via phpmyadmin. The support of your hoster can help to provide this interface for you.

    Thank you for your reply, but all of those things are beyond me. Isn’t there a WordPress tech support who can help do the reset? It makes no sense why a simple reset page wouldn’t work.

    In your case, I would recommend that you contact your hoster’s support. If they are not helpful, you can ask someone here to help you: https://jobs.wordpress.net – or you can ask someone in your region of the world if they can help you personally.
