    Hi,
    After I click the button “lost password” at the account page of woocommerce I get an E-mail with the option to “reset my password”. If I open the link to reset my password I can not enter a new password. I come to the site “lost my password” again. If I deactivate the plugin “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer” it works correctly and I can enter a new password. Any ideas? I am using the latest Version 1.1.4

    I just tested, I couldn’t recreate. Can you send me a copy of the email you got so I can see the output to see if the link with the key is there?

    I have tested it again and updated all plugins. Then it works fine.

    The exact same thing happens here…

    I’ve updated all plugins, and still no luck.

    I suggest your issue is not with the email but something on the site interfering with the key and you should try deactivating plugins one by one and testing.

    However, if you can send me a copy of an email I can look at the link if it’s got the key query added then we can confirm the email isn’t the issue.
