Cant Reset Password/No password

  • I just lost my business partner/girlfriend to an motorcycle accident and she had all of the passwords and admin as well as email associated with the account. My main site is https://www.brainsock.com. Not sure what I can do to work on them.. Any thoughts?

    Do you have any form of access to the site, at all?

    If not, then you’ll probably need to contact your hosting company to gain some level of access to the system. From there, you can change passwords and emails and such.

    You can contact your hosting provider which can provide you with your FTP. There you can use the following steps to reset your password: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Resetting_Your_Password

    If you lost your email for your hosting provider too then you can tell them details, like your phone number for verification or your bank details, and they will be more than happy to help you.

    With that said, it appears to be an active site with the last article published less than 24 hours ago. So I hope you’re not trying to take over someone else’s site. Let me know. ??
