• Hello,
I have a problem where my Header section in mobile devices seems much larger than on PC even after window resize (just a large white blank space between the actual header content – menu/logo and the body of the site).
I cant seem to find a way to resize it to be smaller.

However – to be honest, my initial problem was quite different, I cant figure out how to resize the Hamburger menu icon on mobile and the WooCommerce Cart icon for mobile. (Thats the initial reason why I try to make my header smaller).
If someone can take a look at my site and tell me what CSS might work to do that I would be very grateful!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @antonon243,

You’re using an oudated theme version and probably WordPress as well, so let’s first update everything and then take a look.

If you’re not using WordPress 5.4, do the following:
    1. Disable all plugins
    2. Go to Appearance > Themes, update Twenty Nineteen and switch to it.
    3. Update WordPress
    4. Go to Appearance > Themes, update OceanWP and switch
    5. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins, update one by one (updates should start appearing after you update WP) and activate one by one

If your WP is already up to date, switch temporarily to Twenty Twenty, update OceanWP, switch back.

After that get back to us and also share the screen of the large white space you’re referring to, as well as the URL of the page you’re experiencing this issue.

You can change the Typography for the mobile menu via Appearance > Customize > Typography > Mobile Menu, and Mobile Menu: Dropdowns
