can't resize images for slider

Hello Guys is there anyone who knows the pluggin i will use to resize my images on website.the sizes are not quite right and the look so unprofessional the upper side of the image slider are always cut out and look so annoying,i have use the regenarator pluggin but i dont see any effect. here is the website to see what are i mean https://www.unionmailnewspapers.com
