Can′t restore, EXTREMELY SERIOUS

Hi, I lost all of my website data when trying to upgrade my php version manually and I can’t restore my e-commerce with my UpDraftPlus Backup.

I accidentally unnistalled Worpress via my FileManager in Hostgator and lost all of the data. I’m the owner of a company with 5 employees and i’m completely desperate, we wont be operating tomorrow, PLEASE HELP!

I installed WordPress again and the only things that remained were the plugins wich were all deactivated. So I activated the UpDraft plugin and uploaded the .zip file that had been backedup 5 hours ago in my Google Drive but the only thing that came back was the Favicon of the website.

I tried to do it manually via File Manager but it didnt work also, HELP ME PLEASE!
