Can’t restrict access to home page

    I have been using the Restricted access plug in for a few years so that only internal ip addresses can view the site. However, now I get the message restricted users receive when I try to access the homepage. The restricted access works fine for the rest of the site just not the home page.

    Any suggestions for why this is?

    Hi @lucyhoggescc

    If possible, can you try this again with all the other plugins deactivated and switching to a WP core theme, so that we can rule out conflicts with other plugins and the current theme?

    In the meanwhile, can you provide details for thee following?

    – WordPress version
    – Restricted Site Access plugin version

    Sorry I have been on leave. that is a lot of plug ins to deactivate. Will try later today.

    Current version WP – 6.0.1
    RSA version – 7.3.2
