Can’t retrieve password

I could get in my site on Tuesday. But not since. I have tried everything including have godaddy scan it for malware. nothing. I tried to retrieve my password but it states that the email is not associated with the account, but I know it is. I put in the admin and it states that an email was sent but I don’t get an email on any of my email accounts.

Could be someone from guru.com who developed the site. He is not responding to my many attempts. When I was done with the project I changed all the passwords. This was about a month ago. So I am not sure if he has some way in the back door and is working on hacking my site?

What do I do?

I am not positive on the WP version.
