can't run "wp-admin/install.php" after all setting up

hello guys, i did all the setting up from step 1 to 4 directed by wordpress from this url : https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Installing_WordPress
but i’m stucked at step 5 since i entered “https://MYDOMAIN.com/wp-admin/install.php” it comes out the domain server page
here’s the exactly what i entered: https://postgaming.com/wp-admin/install.php
and i don’t know where wrong. thanks for you help
