    Hi there,
    I’m unable to save a newsletter as a template. It’s end up with a “template not saved. Try later” message.

    Thank you for contacting MailPoet support. I will be happy to help you with this.

    This might be a conflict with some filter, proxy or security plugin you have, which may be blocking it and preventing the newsletter from being saved on your database.

    Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

    If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.
