Cant save any change of settings in W3 Total Cache

After upgrading wordpress and updating W3 Total Cache i am no longer able to save any changes to settings. i am trying to disable the minify settings to see if that is a cause of some display issues but i am not able. if i change settings and click save it takes me to a 404 page. when i go back to the W3 total cache it shows that it is still enabled.
can anyone help me ?
